One of my favorite parts of being in the wedding industry is meeting all of the amazing vendors that work together to celebrate a couple's first day as husband and wife! We’ll be highlighting some of these talented professionals in what we’ll call, Friendor (friend x vendor) Friday! These are the best of the best that we absolutely love working with on wedding days. Our recommendations to my lovely Bride & Grooms are currently all located in St. Louis but stay tuned, we'll highlight other cities shortly! ;)

I LOVE working with Ashley because I know my Brides are going to have AMAZING eyelashes and gorgeous glam look. I’m really particular about how I like skin textures to look on camera, I want it smooth but still able to show the skin’s texture and Ashley does an amazing job at making skin look radiant and natural.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is making someone feel their absolute best on their wedding day. You can instantly see the confidence boost once they’re ready!
What makes your business different than others?
What makes us stand out from others is the way we will make you feel on your wedding day. I swear, I feel like we are hanging out with our girlfriends and jammin to some 90’s music! (The best!)
What is your favorite thing to create? Why?
My favorite thing to create is a soft glam bridal look & an undone, romantic updo. It’s so timeless & *literally* looks amazing on everyone! I would say that’s our signature look.
What’s one thing you couldn’t live without? Why?
I have two things I cannot leave the house with- a good mascara & a tinted moisturizing lip balm. #momsohard
If you had to only eat one thing for dinner for the next year, what would you eat?
French fries. Hands down. I could eat them as a meal.
What’s one small business in St. Louis you love?
Elmwood in Maplewood has uh-mazing food!

There was no part of this pool house soirée that I did not love! Can we just admire this pool house for a second? Okay. Like where can I sign up to have this built in my backyard? Because I'm going to need one!
Now that we're done just admiring that, let's move on to HOW STUNNING is Lauren? This dress. This whimsical braided crown! Y'all! Okay, I'm going to stop gushing... in a minute. Let's keep this hype up though, can we? Flower installs. Not only on the front of the pool house, but over the table, too! And her bouquet! You guyyyys! Magic was made. If you can't tell, I'm completely obsessed and I can almost guarantee you will be too by the time you finish scrolling through this post.
Tad & Jessica Get Married! | St. Louis Wedding Photographer

From the first time we sat down with Tad and Jessica for ice cream, we knew these two were something special. Their wedding day was no different! We've had the privilege of watching their love grow, as we met with them multiple times during their engagement season. Our prayer, is that their love for one another will never stop growing and evolving as the two of them continue to grow and evolve as the people Christ has called you to be.
Their wedding day was at gorgeous outdoor venue, The Lalumondiere Mill & Rivergardens in House Springs, Missouri. Events by Rouge designed the beautiful bouquets, boutonnières, and the table centerpieces. Jessica's flowers were filled with pink roses, peonies, a succulent and greenery.
Jessica found her wedding gown at Simply Elegant Bridal and Nina shoes at Dillard's. Tad and the groomsmen used Men's Wearhouse for their suits. The bridesmaids all wore navy dresses from varying places. TC & Company, from Maryland Heights, did the hair and makeup of the entire Bridal party.
Their reception was held overlooking the water, with lights wrapped around the trees, with plenty of fans, drinks and yummy BBQ from Salt & Smoke. Alyssa Walter, from Creations at Nap Time, baked the cake and sparkly cupcakes. We hope you enjoy these images as much as we enjoyed celebrating with the two of them!

Jessica's garter was a super sweet tribute to her father and grandfather who are no longer with us.
