Frosty Winter Wedding Inpiration | St. Louis Wedding Photographer

Monday, April 2, 2018 1015 Locust St, St. Louis, MO 63101, USA

I would typically say that I love the winter, but on April 2nd with snow covering the ground, I have say that I'm tired of it being cold. Thankfully, while I'm covered from head to toe in fuzzy jammies, I can look out my office window to an evergreen with pretty white snow resting on the branches.

This pretty snowy mix was the inspiration behind this winter styled shoot I participated in a few weeks back.

Leighwood Design Studio designed this elegant suite with the invitation printed on vellum and watercolor details throughout. The suite pairs nicely with the emerald velvet ring box by The Family Joolz.

Rouge Events & Design created the bouquet and frosty tablescape with lots of greenery, whites, and teals. White fur added a cozy element to the teal and silver mercury glass candle holders that filled the table.

The model, Chelsea Aye, wore a gorgeous satin dress detailed with silver and crystal beadwork on the back and sleeves. The long, flowing train and plunging neckline blended the traditional outline with a sexy flare. Both the dress and tiara are from Mia Grace Bridal

Preston Alexander wore a navy suit, brown vest and burgundy tie from Savvii Formalwear hand selected by make-up artist and styled shoot coordinator, Dominique Ruiz. Dominique, from Enhanced Beauty Artistry matched Chelsea's lips to the burgundy tie and enhanced her already gorgeous features.

It is known that one of my favorite parts of a wedding day is the cakes! The Icing Cafe made the most perfect naked cafe topped with greenery, milk thistle and spray roses matching the bouquet.
