Their beautiful wedding day started at Jane's childhood home to get ready. Her sisters and family members surrounded her, telling her how absolutely stunning she was and eating LOTS of watermelon; thanks to Jane's older sister. Some of Jane's books were in old bedroom, where I found her copy of Harry Potter. One constant theme throughout their wedding was books-and having a photo of one her favorite books was just the right surprise. :)
The ceremony and mass was held at the St. Paul Catholic Church- a gorgeous venue full of stained glass and domes. Beautiful flowers of pinks, whites, and dusty miller lined the aisles. After a lovely mass, the family took pictures on the church steps.
Nick and Jane, as well as the rest of the Bridal party went to a family member's home to take pictures in front of their lake and wheat fields. After many false alarms of snakes, a short rain break, and multiple attempts of a jumping picture with all of the groomsmen, we went to the Dog Prairie Tavern. At the bar, we met one of Jane's friends, another Bride and their bridal party. Finally, after a pretend girl-fight and pictures sitting on the bar, we left for the reception at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
The entire day, from start to finish, was so beautiful! Thank you, Nick and Jane, for allowing me to capture your day in pictures you will cherish forever.
