Amanda was standing at the hostess stand at SqWires Restaurant the first time she laid eyes on George. He ran his fingers through his long, curly hair as he walked through the door and she was immediately infatuated with him. It didn’t take George too long to fall in love with Amanda; after only dating two weeks, he knew she was the one he wanted to spend forever with.
After cancelling a wedding in Hawaii, George & Amanda wed on the rooftop of The Chase Park Plaza on a cold, January afternoon. Guests bundled up in fleece blankets and sipped hot toddy's during the couple's nuptials.
Following the ceremony, George and Amanda celebrated their love with some of their closest friends and family in the Starlight Ballroom. Guests enjoyed a delicious cake from Made by Lia, of which I broke Whole 30 for... and it was worth it! ;) George dipped and twirled Amanda around the dance floor, where she also dipped and twirled him during their first dance to Tennessee Whiskey by Chris Stapleton. Guests joined them on the socially distanced dance floor to sing and dance along to Don't Stop Believing, where most people stayed the rest of the evening! What a great wedding to start our 2021 wedding season.
Amanda & George, we wish you the absolute very best with a lifetime of happiness, and hopefully, no more injuries. ;)
